1. The service

Dental emergency matching is the core of EmergencyDentist.xyz: we connect patients experiencing dental emergencies with verified dental practices in their area. We are a matching service — we do not provide medical or dental advice and are not a medical provider.

2. Not a substitute for emergency medical care

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency (uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, severe swelling restricting airway), call your local emergency number immediately (911 / 999 / 112). Do not use this service for non-dental emergencies.

3. Treatment relationship

Any dentist-patient relationship is solely between you and the matched dental practice. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, treatment, or pricing.

4. Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information in your emergency request. False or misleading submissions may be removed and the submitter may be blocked.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmergencyDentist.xyz and its operators are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any treatment provided by a matched practice.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised "last updated" date.
